We do not collect, store, or have access to your clients' underlying case files, communications, or privileged information. Your client data never leaves your Google Sheet.
To provide and improve the Firm Heartbeat dashboard, send product updates if you have subscribed, calculate anonymized platform-wide benchmarks, and respond to support and demo requests.
All data is stored in Supabase on AWS infrastructure with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS in transit. Each firm's data is isolated by row-level security policies.

By creating an account or using Firm Heartbeat, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You retain ownership of all data you import into Firm Heartbeat. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process and display your data for the purpose of providing the dashboard.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Cancel any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for unused portions of a billing period.
14-day free trials are offered at our discretion. No credit card is required. At the end of the trial, your account is paused until you enter a payment method.
